Dr.Witschey is an Associate Professor of Radiology and Director of the Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. He is Associate Vice Chair of Research IT and leads the Radiology Data Analytics team. His core research focus is theoretical and applied magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), machine learning and cardiothoracic imaging. His lab uses a multidisciplinary and translational approach, integrating techniques from electrical engineering, computer science, biology and bioengineering.
